State Authorization Initiative, Member Notice
In light of the U.S. Department of Education's second notice of
delay in implementation of the final regulations promulgated under 34 CFR,
Section 600.9 – State Authorization (published June 24, 2014); AACS is
redoubling our on-going efforts to ensure that our students and member
institutions are, or will be, in compliance by the new July 1, 2015
