Ohio House Defines Makeup Artistry in Final Legislative Push

Last week, Ohio’s House of Representatives amended and passed SB 255.  This occupational licensure reform measure requires the legislature to review all occupational licensure boards over a six-year period; allows an individual who has been convicted of a criminal offense to request that a licensing authority determine whether that conviction is disqualifying from obtaining a license, and; requires a licensing authority to make available on its public website a list of all criminal offenses that would disqualify an individual from obtaining a license…
