AACS’ Indispensable Review of 2018 State Bills

The combination of the summer and political seasons – with 6,066 legislative seats up for grabs this November in 46 states – has greatly reduced state legislative activity in July. With only two state legislatures meeting this week – Maine and Massachusetts – this update will depart for its usual format and instead review key 2018 state bills of interest to AACS members schools. Please note that the list provided may not include every bill impacting your school.
