Spring scholarship application season continues with another Beauty Changes Lives Scholarship application opening soon. Monday, February 6 marks the launch of the Spring 2017 CND Tippi Hedren Scholarship Competition. Applications will be accepted through April 3, 2017. This season, the competition is awarding five nail scholarships valued at $2,570 to students who are less than halfway through their nail program at an AACS member school.
