The Sunshine Division will place barrels in your building as part of a month-long food cereal drive during October. The Sunshine Division is asking for any kind of cereal: cold cereal, cans or boxes of oatmeal, etc. (all non-perishable food items will be accepted as well).

Barrels will be delivered October 1 and picked up November 2 & 3.
 
Education
This course is required for all Oregon Real Estate licensees to take during their two-year renewal period. Dave Hewett and Greg Levinson will once again teach this highly informative and exciting class — much more enjoyable than completing it online!

Three (3) hours of Oregon Real Estate continuing education credits will be given.
 
No later than April 22, 2016, all buildings greater than 50,000 square feet shall accurately report energy performance information to the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability for all of 2015 — using ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager.

For buildings greater than 20,000 square feet but less than 50,000 square feet, the first report shall be submitted no later than April 22, 2017.

Join BOMA, the City of Portland, the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance, and the Energy Trust of Oregon on Oct. 26, for this informative meeting.

Qualifies for Oregon Real Estate Agency continuing education credit. Continuing education credit offered will be dependent on the length of the course. You must be present the full duration of the course in order to receive continuing education credit.

With implementation of anytime continuing education reporting, real estate licensees can now log into eLicense anytime to enter their required continuing education information. This function in eLicense has replaced the paper Continuing Education Record Form.
