On February 13, 2017 Paramount Group, Inc. announced that each office building in its portfolio has achieved either a Gold or Platinum LEED Certification. Thanks to Paramount’s efforts to work towards greater sustainability, environmental efficiency, tenant services and property management, have they been able to achieve this goal. In addition to all buildings having the coveted LEED distinction, all the buildings are also ENERGY STAR certified.
