DK Cole Company Reps Presenting at CFMA's Midwest Regional Conference

Kathy Cole and Rick Julien of Executive Search firm DK Cole Company are presenting at Construction Financial Management Association's (CFMA) Midwest Regional Conference at McDonald's Campus in Oak Brook on September 27. The 2016 Midwest Regional Conference Committee is pleased to present another outstanding array of educational sessions that offer something for all levels of Construction Financial Professionals.

Kathy Cole, Founder and President of DK Cole Company, will act as moderator and panelist of the "Attracting & Retaining Talent In Construction - 2016 & Beyond" session. The continued demand for construction projects is likely to make hiring and retaining good people more challenging than ever before. This panel, comprised of internal Human Resources, recruiting professionals and outside consultants in construction, will answer questions on topics such as how to attract fresh talent, the pros and cons of various hiring and retention strategies, dos and don'ts of retaining key people, employee benefits, and more.

Rick Julien, Managing Director of DK Cole Company, will then be presenting a session entitled "LifeNet? - Building Relationships Through Authentic Networking." This session will provide specific reasons why networking can work for everyone and techniques  to improve the value from your time investment.
