BIM Education Courses: Early 2015

Gaurang Trivedi, an engineering consultant at TrueCADD, cites several benefits of BIM that are driving its increased use. These include "improved project coordination, better designs, project scheduling and accurate material takeoffs and hence improved cost estimation." 

Our Education & Training Foundation will offer the following all-day courses in the Chicago area in early 2015:

Unit 1 - An Introduction to Building Information Modeling:  Friday, January 23

Unit  2 - BIM Technology:  Friday, February 6

Unit 3 - BIM Contract Negotiation and Risk Allocation:  Friday, February 27

Unit 4 - BIM Process, Adoption, and Integration:  Friday, March 13

Participants who complete all four units are then eligible to sit for the CM-BIM credentialing examination.
