[NEW YORK] The Commercial Insurance Bill has Passed out of Committee!

Yesterday, the LCAT commercial insurance bill (A3319/S1001), which would include outpatient care provided by creative arts therapists in certain insurance policies, passed the Senate Finance Committee & is headed to the Senate floor for a vote!
