Water Conservation Rebate Tax Parity Act of 2022

PHTA has met with the House and Senate sponsors of the Water Conservation Rebate Tax Parity Act of 2022 to discuss how and whether pool covers and other water conservation measures would qualify under this proposal. Both Congressional offices believe the language is written broadly enough so that water conservation measures, including the use of pool covers, could qualify.
