Register Now for the 2023 AHVAP Annual Conference and Industry Partner Expo in Grapevine, Texas; Registration Still Open Until September 24

The Association of Healthcare Value Analysis Professionals, Inc. (AHVAP) 2023 Annual Conference and Industry Partner Expo Regular Registration will close on September 24, so register today! The AHVAP Conference Committee, Executive Team, and the Board of Directors have carefully reviewed feedback from our 2022 Conference attendees, vendor partners, and other stakeholders. Based on this feedback, AHVAP has heard your requests and is excited to act on many of the items on your wish list! For the past month, the AHVAP Executive Team has worked diligently in sourcing the best possible venue for our healthcare and industry attendees. A few of the key pieces of feedback that we heard loud and clear were:

  • More space for attendees in the main conference room to provide for an optimal learning environment
  • Improved AV experience for both attendees and speakers
  • Improved exhibit hall experience for our valued industry partners with increased time with the vendors to learn about their innovative products and services
  • A meeting venue with more local options for dining, shopping, and restaurants
  • Access to improved hotel amenities 
  • Additional continuing education hours to meet the needs for CVAHPTM recertification or professional licensure renewal
  • Ability to bring your families for an extended vacation before or after the main conference 
  • Ease of travel with quick and painless airport access and minimal ground transportation requirements 

Well, we heard you, we listened, and we have acted! We are excited to announce the venue for our 2023 Annual Conference is the beautiful Gaylord Resort and Convention Center. We have also now appointed our 2023 Annual Conference Committee and look forward to collaborating with them on building an exciting conference program.

Main Conference Schedule:
September 26: 8 a.m-5 p.m. 
September 27: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
September 28: 8 a.m.-12 p.m.
