Healthcare Finance According to the 2022 NSI National Health Care Retention & RN Staffing Report, during the past year, hospital turnover increased by 6.4% and currently stands at 25.9%. The turnover rate for staff RNs increased by 8.4% and currently stands at 27.1%.
