Integrate career pathways in some of healthcare’s hardest-to-fill support roles through Healthcare Industry-Recognized Apprenticeship Programs (IRAPs). If your organization struggles with recruitment or retention, integrating this open-source model into your facility, for free, should be a top priority. Right now, the first 20 Early Adopters of the IRAPs will be eligible for up to $10,000 in support per location as we launch the programs nationwide. These funds can be used at your discretion to administer, incentivize, integrate or promote the program to hire and/or grow the careers of candidates for your hard-to-fill roles.

STAT The CEOs of approximately 300 healthcare companies collectively took home more than $4.5 billion in 2021, according to a STAT analysis of hundreds of financial filings. Although $4.5 billion is only 0.1% of the $4.3 trillion U.S. health care economy, it still represents a vast amount of wealth for a small class of executives that wields enormous control and influence over the healthcare system.

The questions focus on what might be termed the standard customer satisfaction aspects of a medical stay, as hospitals increasingly view patients as consumers who can take their business elsewhere.
