Message from the President
Dear ASHHRA Colleagues,

Belated Happy Fourth of July! As we approach the summer months, a sense of normalcy is beginning to emerge. Although the road is still being built, I am pleased with some of the progress that has already been made. The issues of staffing, retention, and recruiting for experienced individuals continue to be a problem for all of us as HR professionals. This is why we must now focus on "Making a Difference."

ASHHRA News
Evaluating and meeting our staffing needs is one of the most important and complex challenges facing hospitals, long term care facilities and other health care settings today. Providing appropriate staffing levels requires both a rigorous patient volume and acuity measurement system and a sufficient and flexible staffing plan. This webinar will address both of these critical imperatives. Our patients deserve and our employees demand that we do a better job of getting our staffing levels right.
