Dear ASHHRA Colleagues,

Belated Happy Fourth of July! As we approach the summer months, a sense of normalcy is beginning to emerge. Although the road is still being built, I am pleased with some of the progress that has already been made. The issues of staffing, retention, and recruiting for experienced individuals continue to be a problem for all of us as HR professionals. This is why we must now focus on "Making a Difference."

HR is now a top priority, more so than before. Finding solutions and providing resources to our businesses is crucial in delivering relief to fatigued employees.
