**Due to an oversight made by me, Chad Faison, the past two months of Florida ASLA President David Ferris's President Messages failed to be included in the Florida Landscape eBrief** So here we go with March, April and May! April was World Landscape Architecture Month. There were great thinks happening all across Florida to celebrate our month. From an Olmsted birthday party in West Palm Beach to proclamation signings. Members all across the state blitz social media with their "Designed By a Landscape Architect" (#WLAM2015).

Assembling bikes and feeding swans may seem like unusual ways to celebrate a 50th anniversary, but the staff at Miller Legg thinks it is a perfect way to demonstrate one of its core values, while giving back to the community. Miller Legg, one of Florida's oldest and most revered engineering consulting firms, turned 50 on April 1, 2015; and, in celebration, "Miller Leggers" launched a campaign to improve communities by donating hours to community service organizations in locations where the firm has a presence.
