Welcome to Tampa from Our 2019 Host

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

On behalf of my entire team at Tampa International Airport, I’d like to welcome you to our beautiful city for the ACI-NA’s 2019 Annual Conference and Exhibition. We’re honored to have you here to check out the incredible changes we’ve made and are making to our Airport, to soak up the welcoming Tampa Bay culture and to learn and grow with each other at one of the best airport conferences in our industry.

This year’s agenda boasts powerhouse thought leaders like retired General Stanley McChrystal and sessions covering topics from all sectors of the industry. It’s a great opportunity for new airport professionals and industry veterans alike to collaborate and address the full range of issues impacting North American airports and I encourage you to attend as many sessions as you can.

I’m particularly excited about this year’s ACI-NA’s exhibit show floor, which features 170 airport-related businesses showcasing the latest products and solutions for the modern airport. As many of you know, the brilliant technology and innovation in this industry is developing fast and bringing some fascinating developments to airports around the world, so be sure to spend some time networking and exchanging ideas at the show floor.

Finally, I hope you’ll join us for Tuesday’s Closing Night Event, which will be held in The Vault, one of downtown Tampa’s restored historic buildings. This will not only give you a taste of Tampa culture, music and flavor but will be a time to unwind, make new connections and reflect on what we are sure will be a very memorable few days for our conference guests.
