The application window will be open until Friday, Dec. 12, 2025. 
  
The 2026 Georgia County Internship Program (GCIP) grant application deadline is Monday, Oct. 20, 2025. The ACCG Civic Affairs Foundation annually awards GCIP grants to fund summer internship projects in counties across the state.

The pre-application period for the 2025-2026 Recreational Trails Program (RTP) closes Saturday, Nov. 1. This program, funded by the Federal Highway Administration and administered by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, supports recreational trails and trail-related facilities for both nonmotorized and motorized recreational trail uses.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has released the Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Program Notice of Funding Opportunity, opening the application period for states. The RHT Program will invest $50 billion over five years to strengthen rural health systems by improving access, workforce capacity, technology, and innovative models of care.
