Posted on the DOAA website is a list of requirements and resources to help ensure accurate reporting. DOAA has also provided a Quick Reference Sheet and a list of Frequently Asked Questions regarding the report. While the new online reporting system will not be available until Dec. 1, it is very important that counties are aware of the information required and the format in which the information will be accepted prior to the deadline to better prepare for report submission.
