The Solid Waste Trust Fund (SWTF) Grant Program supports projects that reduce waste, abate and recycle scrap tires, and support statewide recycling initiatives. The grant program features three separate pathways: The Recycling and Waste Diversion (RWD) Grant, the Tire Products (Tire) Grant, and the Scrap Tire Abatement Reimbursement (STAR) Grant.
Applications for the FY26 RWD and Tire Grants will be accepted online through the SWTF Grant Program Administration Portal starting August 11, 2025, through September 30, 2025.
