EMPLOYEE SAFETY GRANTS - AVAILABLE FOR 2025
Don’t miss out on your portion of the $500,000 Employee Safety Grant Funds for 2025. The application process opened for eligible members on May 1, 2025. The grants, which were authorized by the ACCG Workers’ Compensation Board of Trustees, provide financial assistance to program members for the purpose of reducing employees’ work-related injuries.
These funds help members pay for additional training, equipment, and/or services to provide a safe workplace. Eligible members must be active members at the time of the distribution who have earned the 2025 Safety Discount and are current on their contributions (premiums) to the ACCG Workers’ Compensation Fund (ACCG-GSIWCF).
The one-page application and simple requirements documents were recently emailed to members along with the pre-approved grant items. This list of items is not exclusive and other items that help reduce workers’ compensation claims may be submitted for review and approval. Applications will be accepted until August 29, 2025, with all purchases made and invoices submitted no later than October 31, 2025.
