Celebrate Georgia Arbor Day

Georgia’s Arbor Day is held annually on the third Friday in February as winter is the ideal time to plant trees in Georgia. Communities across the state are hosting celebrations on various dates in recognition of Georgia Arbor Day. The official state event, co-hosted by the Georgia Forestry Commission, will take place on Tuesday, February 20 in Madison/Morgan County.
