Lake Charles: Richert Self Earns PPM® Certification

Mr. Self is the second Lake Charles port official and the 111th candidate overall to earn PPM® certification since the program’s inception in 1995. His PPM® residency report, The Port of Long Beach: A Model for Capital Planning, will be available on the AAPA website free of charge to AAPA members and for $20 to non-members.
