MONTREAL, Canada. (February 25, 2014) – KP Building Products Ltd., a subsidiary of Kaycan Ltd., has announced today that it signed a letter of intent to acquire substantially all of the assets of Farley Group Inc., a leading manufacturer of PVC and aluminum–hybrid windows and patio doors. The sale is scheduled to close on or about March 3, 2014, subject to satisfactory completion of confirmatory due diligence.
