KP Building Products Ltd. Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Substantially all of the Assets of Farley Group Inc.

This is the second major acquisition for the Kaycan group in just over a year and a half. In October 2012, the Kaycan group acquired Uniboard Inc., a leading manufacturer of particleboard, MDF, thermally fused melamine and laminate flooring facilities. "The addition of Farley to our group of privately held companies will enable us to maintain our long term focus on growth and our practice of reinvesting earnings back into our businesses" said Dubrofsky.
The Kaycan group of companies offers a full array of products for the exterior and interior of the home, including vinyl, aluminum and engineered wood siding products, PVC windows & patio doors and luxury laminate flooring collections. These products add beauty, protection and worry-free maintenance to the whole home.
The Kaycan group of companies also manufactures & supplies particleboard, MDF, and thermally fused melamine to manufacturers of high-end kitchen and bath cabinetry, storage units and closets.
