The RFP Is Out - QBS Is In. Is Your Organization Ready?
Make better selections and avoid the legal liabilities that can occur when engaging architects, engineers, management consultants, ad agencies and other professional services firms.
The best way to do this is to shift from a price based Request for Proposal (RFP) process to a Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) process. The differences are subtle and substantial.
Find out how and why the QBS selection process is mandated in the U.S. by law and why QBS processes should be extended into Canada and also include the hiring of ad agencies, management consulting firms, law firms, market research firms and all other professional services.
