HRMAM is looking for volunteers to help with Connect 2013: Inspire Brilliance! Shifts will involve greeting and directing delegates at various locations throughout the venue. An Orientation & Training session will be held on Monday, October 21st at 5pm.

Here is your chance to participate in the CHRP certification process.

 Volunteers are required to participate in various panels (committees) involved in writing and reviewing items (questions), constructing the forms (exams), and scoring (key validation) for each administration of the NKE. For more information on these panels, please click here.

If you are interested in volunteering on these panels, please email your resume to Roma Thorlakson, Chair Elect at hrmam@hrmam.org by Friday, October 11th with the name of the panel you are interested in as the subject line. 

 

The CHRP Experience Assessment is a formal step in earning the CHRP designation that requires candidates to demonstrate three or more years of professional experience in human resources within the last ten years. 

To gain your CHRP designation through the assessment experience, CHRP Candidates will be required to submit a completed application. This application will need to be validated by your current employer. In order to be eligible to submit an application you need to be a CHRP Candidate (someone who has passed the NKE) and have had your proof of degree verified.

The next submission deadline is January 15.

HRMAM is creating a new strategic plan for the next five years and we have retained Judy Murphy to assist the Board of Directors and Staff in the plan's development. We want to ensure that all members have an opportunity for input and request that you complete a short survey by clicking on this link. That information will help to inform the Board and Staff of your perspectives at the planning session.
