The Validation of Professional Experience is a formal step in completing the process to become a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) for all routes to the designation. 

There are three VPE intakes per year. The next submission deadline is September 15, 2017.

CPHR Manitoba's new non-degree pathway recognizes HR knowledge and expertise gained through professional HR experience. 

Steps to achieving the CPHR designation via Non-Degree Path

1. Pass the National Knowledge Exam (NKE)

2. Eight (8) years professional-level experience within the past fifteen (15) years
