TalentC® - People Services Inc. and HRMAM are pleased to offer the International Certification for Mentoring accredited by CSME. The Level 2 course is the second phase of the International Certification for Mentoring journey to a professional designation as a Certified Mentor Practitioner. This 2.5 day training course combines academic and practical experience, including a full day of case studies and the application of mentoring concepts in a controlled and safe environment. Day 3 (half day) provides a time for reflection on what has been learned and the completion of an on-line examination as part of the certification process.
