AAHOA OFFICERS CONFER WITH BRANDS AT THE 38TH ANNUAL NYU INTERNATIONAL HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY INVESTMENT CONFERENCE
AmEx, La Quinta, Hyatt, Red Lion, Vantage and G6 join AAHOA leaders in the conference room

AAHOA officers met earlier this week with leaders from American Express and hospitality powerhouses La Quinta, Hyatt, Red Lion Hotels, Vantage Hospitality and G6 Hospitality at the annual NYU conference in New York. The two-day event, now in its 38th year, draws lodging development, investment and finance leaders from all over the country.

AAHOA President and CEO Chip Rogers expressed optimism for the future of AAHOA’s relationships with each of the brands and excitement for partnership possibilities as those relationships continue to develop. "AAHOA has become an undisputed leader in hospitality," he said. "We welcome every opportunity to collaborate with industry brands and offer our perspective on common key issues."

G6 Hospitality President and CEO Jim Amorosia echoed Rogers’ sentiment, noting that a G6-AAHOA partnership would result in "serious clout" within hospitality. His counterpart at La Quinta, Keith Cline, praised the 2016 AAHOA convention – his first – and expressed hope that he would be able to attend in 2017.

AAHOA leaders also shared an association update with each of the brands and described their vision for the upcoming year.
