Why let your competitors know your pricing and we want the Retailers to attend and why attend if they can get great deals outside of this show.
You can say something like "come see us at our booth # for our great show specials only available for the 2 days of the show".
As per your exhibitor contract and rules and regulations:
6. SHOW SPECIALS: In order to maintain the integrity of the Prairie Showcase, Show Management must insist that participating Exhibitors who offer show specials have them available for only the two days of the show. Show specials can be sent out but without pricing prior to the show opening. These rules will be closely monitored by the WRLA Board, the retailers and exhibitors. Immediate remedial action, if necessary in the opinion of show management, will be taken for any reported infractions.
