The WRLA Board of Directors invites all WRLA members to attend the 2012 Annual General Meeting in Saskatoon during our annual Prairie Showcase Buying Show & Convention. This is a great opportunity to meet your Board of Directors and hear the latest news from your association.
During the Annual General Meeting, an election for a Retail Board member from Saskatchewan will take place. Let your voice be heard and vote - one vote per member company and if you can't attend you can vote via proxy.
NOMINEE BIOS TO FOLLOW
Proxy Vote Notes:
1) If you are not able to be present personally at the meeting, please complete and return this proxy instrument. This proxy confers authority for those named to vote at their discretion with respect to amendments or variations to the matters identified in the Notice of Annual Meeting.
2) Each member in good standing has the right to appoint a person, who is also a member in good standing of the WRLA, to represent him/her at the meeting other than the persons specified. Such right may be exercised by inserting in the black space provided the name of the person to be appointed.
3) As per WRLA By-lay 7.0, each member company's location shall have one vote at meetings. This would invoice each retail operation, associate head office, and associate branch location as long as each location has paid for an individual membership.
4) Please sign and date the Proxy form.
