TRUSERV CANADA Continues to Build Field Team

TruServ Canada announced the addition of three more members of the Field Team.
"We continue to be focused on planning and growth of the NEW TruServ Canada. At the recent Market we successfully launched the TRU Banner, which will replace the True Value Banner in the fall, and we continue to build our field team to provide Support for Independent Retailers," said Bill Morrison, president of TruServ Canada.

Sandy Goodine, District 1 – Atlantic:
Sandy has been in professional sales for over 20 years in Atlantic Canada. His experience includes the garden supply industry with Raingrow Organic Products and Supplies and the pharmaceutical industry with Nasmark and Trophic Canada. Sandy is pleased to represent our Atlantic customers as he was born and raised in the Maritimes.
Robert Alberto, District Manager, District 2–Quebec:
Robert has 38 years of experience in retail, and has extensive knowledge in LBM and the construction industry. Robert joined our team at the Market for the launch of the new banner. He was previously a Regional Manager with RONA, and prior to that worked as the General Manager of Pascal Hardware stores in Montreal. Robert will report to Serge Vézina, Director, Sales & Business Development (EAST).
Andrew Barnes, Key Account Manager, General Merchandise, Alberta:
In his new role with TruServ Canada, Andrew will focus servicing the Fresons Group of stores. His previous experience included Servco Service Group where he led a team of 14 merchandise representatives in Southern Alberta. He also worked with RONA as a Department/Assistant Store Manager. Given his experience, Andrew is highly focused on customer service and merchandising / retail sales. Andrew will report to Bonnie Birollo, Director, Sales & Business Development (West)
