Retailers, do you have a secret weapon? Do you know how your customers are treated when you are not there?

If you said no to both questions above, enroll in the WRLA Mystery Shopper Program and be in the know. The WRLA has enlisted a top Western Canadian researcher that will schedule your company to be shopped by an underground agent.
