After this date you wait in line at either the BMO Centre or Opening Night at the Hyatt Regency Hotel
- Have you Registered Online for you name badges and evening event tickets?
- Have you checked out the interactive floor plan to find your booth? It’s pretty cool and when accessed from your smart phone via our website it becomes mobile.
- Have you completed your New Products Form for Innovation Station located in Hall D? See Section 11.
- Do you have a Show and/or Pallet Special? See section 12
- Have you read Section 18 & 19 - Safety Checklist and Fire Department Requirements?
- Did you know Advance Show Warehousing is available – see Section 21
- Have you checked out the new Move-in Schedule - Section 23
- Have you ordered your tables, chairs, sign hanging, etc., yet? See Service Providers Page - All forms are available online.
- Food for purchase is available in the exhibition hall from the concessions or in Hall D in the Food Court area where you can sit and relax with a sandwich or hot meal $6 -15 (receipts for purchases will be provided by cashier) Sorry, there is no more free lunch
