Additional information on the survey and its content is available on the Bank of Canada’s website. The winter 2012–13 survey was conducted from 19 November to 13 December 2012. The balance of opinion can vary between +100 and -100. Percentages may not add to 100 because of rounding. The opinions expressed are those of the respondents and do not necessarily reflect the views or policies of the Bank of Canada. The method of sample selection ensures a good cross-section of opinion. Nevertheless, the statistical reliability of the survey is limited, given the small sample size.
