The new IndraDyn S series MS2N synchronous servo motors from Rexroth improve the consistency of path velocity and thus the processing quality, thanks to significantly reduced torque ripple. Moreover, in conjunction with IndraDrive control units, completely new applications for higher availability of machine tools in a networked environments are possible with the MS2N motors as a data source.

Ideal for forming and pressing operations, molding and medical technology, Rexroth’s Planetary Screw Assemblies (commonly referred to as roller screws) are a cost effective, high-performance drive system that uses precision threaded rollers that rotate around the screw, converting rotary motion into linear motion. Its compact design makes it easy to integrate into applications requiring high load capability, precision and low environmental impact. Rexroth’s economical, high quality Planetary Screw Assemblies ship quickly and offer an efficient drive solution for applications requiring up to 65,000 pounds of force.

With additional variants for the voltage range from 525 V to 690 V, Rexroth expands the range of uses of IndraDrive ML drives for outputs up to 4 megawatts. International and application-specific certifications reduce engineering effort for universal use in industrial machinery and equipment as well as in marine and offshore applications.
