Gillfor Distribution Inc., parent company to Owl Distribution Inc. and McIlveen Lumber Ltd., announced its purchase of Brown & Rutherford Co. Ltd., a distribution company located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Established in 1872, Brown & Rutherford has a prominent history founded on furniture manufacturing, later evolving into specialty lumber processing and lumber distribution which serves the North American markets today.
Gillfor Distribution is parent company to McIlveen Lumber Industries and Brown & Rutherford, both of which are proud members of the WRLA.
