Susan has an extensive background in Retail Services, Accounting & Inventory Management, including recently as the Operations Manager at Crompton Home Hardware Building Centres; she also was a Software Platform Specialist, providing training and support for Epicor and Epicor/Dimensions products; for a number of years prior to that, Susan was a Retail Coordinator for Home Hardware Corporate, training retailers across the country with "best practices" in Accounting and Inventory Management, in a variety of different software applications including Prism, Dimensions, ProfitMaster & OMNI, etc.
In the last couple of years, CashierPRO has more than doubled our new client base, and Susan will be instrumental in helping continuing that strong growth.
