Full and part-time employees, owners and their dependents of WRLA Retail and Associate Member firms, are eligible to apply after one full year of membership. All employees must have been employed with the member firm for at least one year. Only those 25 years and under, who have been accepted full-time (minimum 60% course load) as of September 2016 for their first or second year of studies at a recognized University, College, or Technical Program will be eligible.
