Epicor Releases New Financial Functionality for BisTrack in North America

BisTrack AP Automation streamlines the process of handling and processing supplier invoices. It uses optical character recognition (OCR) technology to extract pertinent information from scanned invoices and turn it into useful electronic data. The system is designed to automatically enter this data into the BisTrack system so that invoices, and the values within them, can be accurately tracked and processed in accounts payable. The scanned image is also attached to the supplier invoice for quick paperless reference.
 
Epicor Tax Connect is designed to fully automate the complex, burdensome process of managing sales and use tax across multiple states and tax jurisdictions. The solution's tax decision engine helps to integrate seamlessly with BisTrack software to automate address validation, perform sales tax calculation and generate all of the necessary transaction reports.
 
Dealers and distributors that use the BisTrack solution can now choose to accept account payments from their customers via the popular Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) electronic payment delivery system through the Epicor Web Track customer portal. ACH Payments are processed by deducting funds directly from a checking or savings account to pay their account balance. ACH payments are fast, convenient and made at a considerably lower cost per transaction than credit card payments.
