The month of May brings enchantment with its seasonal changes. It is a time of expanded growth and excitement for what is coming—more blooming flowers, warmer weather, and graduation celebrations. In our Wnet Community, it is a perfect time to reflect on what we learned during April's Career Month and focus on the outcomes to grow our careers.
As Co-Chair of the Event and Content Strategy Priority Team, I'm excited to announce that May will bring even more opportunities to move forward in your career! An Introduction to Career Coaching webinar will explore a new Wnet member resource and offer tips to activate your high-performance zone. Have you ever thought about working with a Career Coach? Millicent: Giving every individual equal access to opportunities, goods and resources. Inclusion is a common foundation to start a conversation.
