REFLECTING ON WOMEN'S HISTORY MONTH
I think of Women’s History Month as a time for reflection and commitment. I reflect on the women who I admire—the ones who have made history and also the women who have changed my personal history through their impact in my life. I also believe that we have to continue our commitment to do whatever we can in our communities and the places where we have influence to drive changes that enable all women to achieve their aspirations.
What possibilities can we unlock if we each made a commitment to take one new action toward breaking the bias? It can feel overwhelming to find the big action that will be the solution, but I think that a great place to build momentum is in listening to each other, being curious, and taking the time to learn.
