VDOT’s Construction Division just released revised vehicle mileage rates for 2024. Standard rates for 2024 are increasing to 67 cents per mile (from 65.5 cents) while the reduced rate decreased a 0.5-cent to 37 cents per mile. 
MSHA has issued the final rule for power haulage for surface mine operators. The official rule is called “Safety Program for Surface Mobile Equipment”.
The White House has officially released the final rule implementing a 2022 executive order from President Biden, making project labor agreements (PLAs) mandatory for specific direct federal construction projects.
