Federal Agencies Host Free Construction Summit Webinar

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division (WHD) is partnering up with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to provide a free webinar for employers in the construction industry on July 1, 2025, from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm (EDT).

The webinar will include information on:

• Preventing Workplace Harassment in the construction Industry.
• The application of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) to the construction industry.
• Employer responsibilities under the OSHA Act, and common safety citations in the construction industry.
