VTCA’s Annual Meeting is family-friendly! As usual, we will offer our traditional “Family Breakfast” area for those not attending the business-focused breakfast.

You can secure your room in the VTCA room block at the Greenbrier Hotel for $329 per night plus fees and tax. Rooms are assigned based on availability at the time of check-in.
Valet Parking, if utilized, is $31.00 per vehicle per day. Self-parking is complimentary.
Golf

The Meadows at the Greenbrier Hotel will host this year’s Annual Meeting golf. We have tee times starting at 1:17 pm on Friday, June 20, 2025. After the force of nature left its mark on this course in a 2016 flood, The Meadows underwent a complete restoration. In the summer of 2017, it emerged anew with dynamic green complexes, breathtaking mountain vistas, and our signature stacked sod bunkers throughout the course.

Sporting Clays

Since The Greenbrier's Gun Club was established in 1913, skeet and trap have been popular pastimes at America’s Resort. The sporting clays course was designed by Justin Jones and John Higgins of the British School of Shooting and challenges shooters of all skill levels on a course that showcases the unique topography of the area.
