Consultant Engineers are invaluable in delivering Virginia’s growing transportation program. With unprecedented growth in the program, VDOT and local governments depend on the efficiencies and expertise the consultant industry provides. Understanding Virginia’s transportation-related goals, plans, and expectations is essential for your company's success. Join us this fall to learn firsthand from VDOT and DRPT leadership and staff who, along with Virginia’s consulting industry, are responsible for delivering Virginia’s program. Whether you specialize in design, inspection, staff augmentation, or all three, you will want to be at this year’s VTCA-VDOT Consultant Forum.

This year’s theme is “Virginia in Motion – Leading the Future of Transportation.” Opening comments will be provided by VTCA’s President, Nate Orders of Order’s Construction, and the current Chair of the Engineering Consultant Leadership Committee (ECLC), Randy Wirt of ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC. Bob Holsworth, Decide Smart, will once again bring a keynote in which he will discuss the candidates and issues at play in the rapidly approaching elections.

The first and final general sessions will address transportation investment philosophies, both in Virginia and nationally. The late morning and early afternoon sessions will delve more deeply into tools, policies, and strategies being used by VDOT to deliver more projects with improved efficiency.

VDOT and Locality representatives interested in attending should contact VTCA directly to obtain the appropriate government registration materials.
