VDOT Issues Payment Guidance on Older Thermoplastic Material

VDOT released a new Thermoplastic specification in late May that changed criteria for the material resulting in the older material to become non-compliant. The memorandum addresses the use and payment of the older material until existing stockpiles are depleted. Details are available in the May 31 updated memorandum.
