James G. Browder, Jr. Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship program is sponsored by the VTCA Engineering Consultant membership. The scholarship provides support to freshman, sophomore or junior young men and women pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Construction Management.
