September, or more specifically the week after Labor Day is perceived as the end of Summer (however, I say there are plenty more boating days left....). Generally speaking, vacations are over, kids are going back to school, apparently investment advisors return from vacation, industry meetings start up again; in short, people tend to get back to work after the summer, starting in September.

Hubel Robins Jr., 84, a native Richmonder, went to be with the Lord on August 24, 2015. Born April 5, 1931, he was the son of Eloise Richardson Robins and Hubel Robins.
